Let’s get started! Before you begin your enrollment application, you’ll want to have a few things handy to make signing up as easy as possible:

A recent copy of your PG&E electric bill where you’ll find your Service Agreement ID and current Rate Schedule

Service Agreement ID

Your Service Agreement ID begins with the number 8, no dashes, and then 9 digits, like this: 8000000000. This number is tied to your service address where your meter is and helps us track your usage information and calculations.

The brand, model number and serial number listed on your water heater’s nameplate. Tankless, natural gas, and propane water heaters are not eligible to participate in WatterSaver.

  • Continue to the login page for homeowners to get a secure link to access the Homeowner App.
  • Wait to hear back from the WatterSaver team about your application status
